I've always loved to cook; the kitchen is my happy place! There's nothing I love more than seeing people's faces light up when they discover a new food love or relax into an old favourite.
I've been cooking for 20+ years, sometimes just for me, sometimes for crowds of 200+. I sit on the advisory committee for the culinary program at Southern Crescent Technical College and am ServSafe Manager certified. I even had time to publish a soup cookbook on Amazon in 2022!
Most of the time, though, I'm cooking just for me and my children or a small group of friends or associates. I'm forever being told that I should be a personal chef, so here I am.
